Please forgive the strange banner up top for the moment. Because no one actually visits this site I am just trowing things up there to see how they look. Not that I don't have a test site... but this is easier. Have an opinion on the header/banner image? Let is know!

Yeah, I like it. Obviously there are some alignment issues at the moment, but yeah. Can I put in request for the nav buttons to be more like the forum's?
